Bathroom Warranty and Service Guide
“Lifetime warranty” is not enough. The customer should know who issued each warranty, what it covers, what it excludes, how care affects it, whether registration or transfer is required, and who opens a claim.

How SJCC handles warranties: coverage depends on the products and system you choose. Manufacturer warranties follow each manufacturer’s written terms, and SJCC’s own workmanship coverage is stated in your written contract. We explain both before you sign — we never quote a warranty we can’t put in writing.
